WaT Fic - Sleepless

About a month ago, ginnith prompted me to write something involving schmoop and rain, among other things. She ended up with two bits of NCIS and one bit of SGA. But this was the first thing that came to mind at the prompt since I had a sketch of the scene already.

And now it even has a title! I'm not doing so well with titles lately.
