Paradise Lost in Space

I'm writing my response to Book 8 of Paradise Lost and every time I write I go write "Adam" I end up typing "Adama" instead.

There should be an epic poem about Battlestar Galactica. Starring a Cylon as Satan, working to bring about the fall of human-kind by tricking Adama into eating of the fruit from the Tree of Blatant Religious Symbolism.

I don't know where to go with that. Mostly I just want to see Jamie Bamber in a fig leaf. ;)

Also, looking at BSG on IMDb.com, I'm vaguely amused by everyone's first names. Karl. Hee.

I'd like to take a quick moment to point out the subject of this post and note the fact that it was a complete accident and has made me laugh a lot harder than it really should have.

I'm on the phone right now listening to a super serious story being told to me and I read this and I couldn't help but bust out laughing at the idea of Jamie Bamber in a fig leaf.

And yes, Karl, funny name. For the longest time, I didn't know Dualla's first name was Anastasia, and we decided to name one of the rat girls Anastasia... weird coincidence. :) I'm trying to think of the one I liked to best... can't remember... Will bring you BSG tomorrow in barter for the Behind the scenes stuff :)

Chief Galen Tyrol. I just love the name so much. And it doesn't hurt that he and Helo are my favorite male characters

Tyrol...is he the guy in the flight-bay-thing? Who's kind of got a thing going with that Boomer? Or am I just completely messed up?

I've watched the first two eps. I forgot this from the mini, but I pretty much adore the interaction between Apollo and Roslin. "Captain Apollo." Hee.

Yeah. He was Boomers boyfriend thingy. The one that's kinda not attractive, but you learn to love him oh so much and that just makes him all the more attractive. He was in the picture with Helo when I posted it in my comments on my journal.

I really like Apollo and Roslin. They have great personalities that compliment each other and it makes for better comraderie. I watched most of the behind the scenes stuff last night and the rest of it today. I HAVE to go to the Urban Well. It's just that simple :)

I don't think Tyrol's unattractive, though. He's just not pretty-attractive like, say, Apollo. I'm liking him very much.

I just watched the third ep tonight and you're right, Apollo and Roslin just compliment each other. They work well together. And I *love* the behind the scenes stuff, probably more than I should. They're all just so...silly. Dorky. Shiny. I don't even know what to call 'em. You MUST go stalk. And then tell me about it so I can live vicariously through you. :)

Thank you! I've been feeling so *flaky* about not being able to get it done and to you, so it makes me feel a lot better to hear you say you liked what I have written.

I haven't really had time to get on MSN lately, and I don't have access to it on weekends. When are you usually on, maybe I can work something out?
