So we know Rodney used to play the piano.

And now we know that John has a guitar with him on Atlantis.

When are they gonna invite Joss Whedon to direct the musical?

Someone, I was originally going to say Rodney but now I kind of think not, finds an amulet Ancient device and it makes everyone on Atlantis burst into song and dance at strange intervals. Why does it do it? Do the Ancients *really* need a reason for anything they do/did? They're Ancients, and apparently in SG 'verse this means they can do what they like.

So someone, maybe someone military so Rodney can bemoan the state of the military contingent and their habit of randomly touching stuff, activates this thing and everyone sings and dances and stuff is revealed and people have to deal with the consequences. (Of course, me being me, this means that Rodney and John's true feelings are finally revealed. ;) But that's just me.)

There would be a song near the beginning much like "I've Got a Theory," in which Elizabeth, John, Rodney, Beckett, and Zelenka are weirded out and bat ideas around. I don't include Teyla and Ronon because, um, they're off gettin' it on eatting donuts...I dunno what they're doing. I guess they could be there and just keep their mouths shut. Or contribute. Whatever.

Rodney gets a solo about bunnies Wraith. And, heh, John has to play with pastry and say, "Respect the cruller. And tame the donut!" And Rodney can kind of look at him with that look he does so well that means, "You ceased being amusing. Quit touching my food."

Anyway. I have no idea how it would work. But it'd be FUNNY. And with Joss on the job, it would be BRILLIANT. Not that I don't have confidence in (some of) the writers/directors of SGA. But JOSS.

Must go watch Flight of the Conchords now.

OMG! Have I ever told you you're BRILLIANT?! Because you are! I'd love to see this! You need to...write them or something, along with the puppet idea. You should go work for them! I'd watch like every ep.!

Aww. ::blush:: Thank you! I'd love to see this, too. And the puppets. And, hell, maybe even singing puppets sometime. Wouldn't it be cool to work for them? And then you could say, when my name was on the screen, "She's my roommate!"

Of course, all my episodes would be on crack probably.

They'd be so cracktastic, they'd have to make them annual Christmas specials.
