Wuh-oh

Well, I've gone and done it now. I promised [livejournal.com profile] overjoy another little bit of fic and now there's also the prologue that [livejournal.com profile] ginnith wanted written by, oh, tomorrow. At any rate, I can promise OJ's either tonight or tomorrow as it's basically sitting happily (well, angstily) in my head just waiting to be written. The other thing, OTOH, is sitting in my head refusing to cooperate with any of my attempts at writing it. I also have the feeling that it is mocking me as well. Cheeky monkey.

I just wish I could write the damn thing. Blergh.

Sorry, Neesh, but you may not be getting a prologue by Sunday. In fact, probably not. Try me again sometime next week.

Had a wonderful time with Neesha yesterday. She picked me up and we went to the movies in Moses (heh- alliteration!). Saw A Cinderella Story and was entertained. The previews beforehand were remarkably good (read "pretty"), except for possibly the Yu-gi-oh one because that's not my cup of tea. After the movie we went to Hastings where we saw V-dog (How did he get that nickname anyway? Do you know, Neesh?) in the parking lot and stopped to chat with him quickly. I bought some shiny stuff at the bookstore because I couldn't help it. Bought the Radio Sunnydale CD, a Sci-fi mag (because it had Firefly, Farscape, AND Neil Gaiman in it- I couldn't resist!), and the DVD of Sleepy Hollow (because it's a pretty movie (The costume designer's from Quincy! My dad sorta knows the family!) with great music and Johnny Depp is hilarious in it).

We went to dinner at Perkins after that and I ran some, actually one little written scene of the great big writing project that is mocking me past Neesh. She liked it, or said she did ;), and we discussed the overhaulin' I'd like to do on it as well as possible endings. Which hardly helps considering I don't even have a beginning. Or rather, I have a beginning, just not a written one.

I think part of my problem here is that right now at this moment I'm way more interested in writing about the "secondary" characters than I am about the "main" characters. Except for maybe the main-main one. But the male counterpart? Is, like, permanently stuck in limbo in my brain. This makes writing any sort of interaction between them a bit tricky.

I wish I was back in Seattle where I could go shopping at a decent video/DVD store. Sigh.

Fine, I guess you can have until Wednesday. Maybe Thursday. Depends on when I go to Spokane. (Visiting college and mum has errands. And probably shopping. *squee*) I guess you'll have until Thursday. Anyway, Tell that guy (Will? What is his name??????) that he needs to get over being so damned Clark Kent with the double lives and get his person on the phone with Kate so that they can have dialogue and you won't feel bad about loving Wes and Liv more than him. Hold an eraser to his very existence and threaten him to not appear on paper ever again unless he cooperates. Or something. This is lots of ramblement....no point in sight....anywhere.

I have no idea how Mr. V got the nickname V-Dog. I would assume it has something to do with Snoop Dogg, but heliphino. I prefer Vandyman to V-dog myself. *shrug*

I had something more to say. Possibly about previews and movies that we need to see. Not sure.

*love ya*

We have to go to Spokane before you go off to school!! Me and you! *hint hint*

Through the rambling over Will (or whatever his name is gonna be) I adore you. *MUA!*

I like Vandyman better than V-dog, too. But your the only person I've ever heard use it. Hmmm.

Yesh, we must a go to Spokane!!! We don't even have to go before I go to school. It would be kinda neat to take you around for a day once I'm settled in too. We could do both. lol..we'll figure it out. :)

Awww...I'm adored!!! *adores you back*

I like Vandyman, but that could be because I started it. A lot of people call him Vandy or Vanderdogg....*shrug* I'm just partial, methinks.

*MUA!*
