Flan =/= The Flan
Apr. 13th, 2010 12:12 pmDear Self,
When someone writes "flan," they are probably talking about the delicious dessert.
They do not mean Joe Flanigan. (Though sometimes they do. In which case, look for "The Flan.")
Remember this, and even short-lived confusion will be prevented.
Love,
Me
Damn it, now I really want tres leches cake.
Or, oh god, empanadas. Not the dessert kind. The kind with meat and hard-boiled egg and raisins and olives and mmmmmmm.
Methinks it's lunch time.

Date: 2010-04-14 05:31 am (UTC)Oh, Flanigan. He used to be on Stargate Atlantis, which I loved. My slash pairing of choice was/is John Sheppard/Rodney McKay. ::points to icon:: Sheppard on the left, McKay on the right. They take subtext to a whole 'nother level. I ♥ them.
It took me forever to find this on YouTube, but here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjs1249HBh4) is a scene from the second episode of the series. It's a good illustration of Sheppard/McKay, I think.
I hope you realize you're driving me crazy with the wait for the PR/SPN fic...
Sorry! I don't know if it'll help at all, but I'm 2500+ words into the fic. So, y'know. Progress. :)
