Tonight's NCIS
Nov. 24th, 2009 10:37 pmSo I've been sitting here thinking that there was something I actually wanted to say about tonight's NCIS, but I could remember what it was.
And then I did. But it turns out it wasn't anything of importance or, y'know, substance.
I'm still going to say it, though.
SHOULDER HOLSTER.
Yeah. That's it. Dad KEPT TALKING through the DiNozzo/McGee exchange at the beginning. Mom knows not to talk when they have words. Why doesn't he? All I got was that McGee wasn't losing weight for a woman and then Tony was conscious of his waistline for, like, a second.
I thought that corn field was kind of pathetic. Of course, I don't think it really counts until the corn is well above your head (meaning my head, so over 6 ft.) and you can't see anything when you are in the middle because it's planted so close together. TV/Movie corn = disappointing.
(omg, how about those apple trees on SPN's "Scarecrow"? I still find those hilarious.)
Corn fields are REALLY SCARY, btw. In case you were wondering. Srsly. They freak me out.
Um. Yeah. So NCIS. Gibbs interacting with kids is always great. I was a bit disappointed in Ducky and the incident with him and Ziva where they lost the girl. (I almost said "him and Ziva and the turkey," but that sounds...questionable.) I know Ducky's a rambler which makes him come off as a bit scattered, but I don't think he'd really let something like that happen. I dunno.
I didn't mean to get distracted by the corn.
