SPN Ficlet: Touched (In the Head)

- NCIS/Shop Around the Corner "Love & War" tag thing
In the meantime, I have had this image in my head since August and I finally beat it into submission. Well. Sort of. Drabble length would have been nice, but I'll take 200 words.
Dean, Castiel, Sam. Sometime in season five. Non-spoilery and kind of ridiculous.
Touched (In the Head)
“Go ahead. Hit me.”
Cas reaches forward, two fingers extended.
Unsure of what exactly Cas had planned when he sat beside him on the bed, Dean closes his eyes and waits anyway. He just wants the pain to stop. It feels like there’s a team of Clydesdales in his head and—
“Ow!” Dean flinches backwards, eyes opening in surprise. “The hell?”
Cas stares at him calmly as Dean rubs his forehead.
“You flicked me. I have a head wound and you flicked me.”
“You deserved it for your carelessness tonight,” Cas says, frowning disapprovingly. “You also asked for it.”
“Yeah, no I didn’t.”
“You kind of did, Dean,” Sam pipes up from somewhere behind his computer screen.
Dean ignores that comment, waving a hand in Sam’s direction. “Shut it, Sam. You didn’t get thrown into a brick wall.” He turns to Cas. “I thought you were going to, I don’t know, heal me with some of that fairy dust you’ve got left.”
Cas’ frown deepens. “I have no fairy dust.”
Dean groans and flops back on the bed, arm over his eyes. Across the room he thinks he hears Sam sing-song, “I do believe in fairies, I do, I do.”
