Oh, Winchesters
May. 17th, 2009 11:51 pmWatched "Bloodlust" tonight.
Dear Jensen Ackles,
Stop it with your face already.
Lordy.
Love,
Me
PS. Kidding! Don't stop. Ever.
Supernatural is a pretty show. Let me indulge with some screencaps.

I thought this was a really neat shot, with the contrasting colors and the lines.

I've got a thing for the color palette here. And the whole shirt/tie/labcoat thing. And Dean.

I also loved Sam's, "He's the only one that gets to call me that," in the bar.
"In My Time of Dying":

Oh, the look on Dean's face when Sam came into his room for the first time. So relieved and happy to see him and know he's okay.

I really liked Tessa/Death/the reaper/the actress.
From "Everybody Loves a Clown," which continues to freak me out a little:
Seriously. Whenever they showed shots of the kids taking the clowns hand? I could feel the clowns hand in my own; the roughness of material, the way it would move against the hand underneath, the warmth that would seep through. ::shudder::
At some point in my childhood, I must have held a clown's hand to have that kind of visceral reaction. Possibly it was the same fair where I got pecked by the turkey. Hmm.

I heartily approve of the use of T-shirts in this episode. Also in "In My Time of Dying." I love their wardrobe, but they're always so covered up.

Because I love Sam, too. And he's not exactly hard on the eyes either.

Loved this whole sequence.
Random cap from "Devil's Trap":

Just something about the colors and lines and composition.
Meanwhile, Mom saw a brief commercial for Merlin on NBC tonight. June 21. Exciting!
