Ballet tomorrow! Dad,
ginnith,
olivelavonne, and I are all going to see A Midsummer Night's Dream. I am super excited. Especially since this has been planned since sometime last year and I've had the tickets sitting around for several months.
Meanwhile, season four of Battlestar Galactica is finally going to premiere. I know there's room for disappointment with the show ending, but at the moment I love that they're calling it quits after four seasons. No drawing it out just because they can. They've got a story to tell and they're going to tell it. And then they're going to stop. Good call, I think.
Here's an eight minute recap of BSG so far. It is informative and amusing.

Date: 2008-04-04 10:04 pm (UTC)I thought that was pretty cool. Never watched the show... unless what you and Kasey were watching that one evening in LV was it... but it sounds like this is going to be a great season. . . according to the paper that is, but I don't trust newspapers, really.

Date: 2008-04-04 10:24 pm (UTC)I held off on watching the show until Kasey pushed it. I like my TV (especially sci-fi) to be a little funny and BSG is usually very serious. But BSG is just...It's got this great story (that will apparently have a conclusion!) and characters and it addresses issues that really kind of make you think.
But what Kasey and I were watching in LV was Stargate Atlantis. Which is serious and silly. And I absolutely love.
