Near the end of "The Kindred, II," why didn't Teyla grab the gun from Carson and shoot Michael herself?
I mean, she was right there. She could have done it. And she'd been take-charge, kick-ass woman in the first part. So what gives?
Other than the "it would be less interesting if she shot Michael and everyone escaped" option.
