After last night I am determined to make a list of everything I eat that disagrees with me and then avoid those things like the plague. Because I'm tired of feeling like I want to die.

I'm pretty sure last night it was the apples.

Oh, I know how that feels! I'm getting bored with being at war with my own intestines half the time. On the other hand, I don't think I'm quite ready for the boiled rice diet just yet!

It's getting really annoying! Especially because I can't seem to pin-point what it is that's triggering unpleasantness (acid reflux? sensitivity to something?). It'd be nice to be able to eat without worrying or having it catch me off-guard after weeks of feeling fine.
