annundrielLet me start by saying that I am 6' tall. So is my mom. My dad is too, but for the purposes of this story that's not really relevant. My cousin EB is 5'2".
A couple of weeks ago EB was here. She watched the premiere of America's Next Top Model with me. During it Tyra was talking about body shapes and images (like she does), which caused EB to roll her eyes and say, "Whatever."
"What do you mean 'whatever'?" I ask, pointing out that Tyra is fairly realistic compared to some scary, stick-thin models out there.
And what's EB's answer? "No real woman is that tall."
My response was basically, "What??"
She quickly realized what she said was ridiculous. Girls can be tall, too!
It was hilarious.
