Wheeeeeeee....

Today was a good day. Mom and I stayed up until 2 this morning watching Mystery! on PBS. It was fun. So we slept in late this morning and went to Pacific Fabrics and Northgate and bought stuff. I got some knew capris and tops got to toodle around with Tris and Callie.

Speaking of which, Neesha do you know what Tris asked me when we were at Pacific Fabrics? We were looking at yarn and I mentioned that you knitted scarves. (He thought that was cool.) Anyway, he asked if you had sent a message to say Hi this time. And I had to say no. What's you're problem missy?

Anyhoo. We came back to Kay and Greg's and Dad and Tom arrived and we got ready and went to the Pre-Orientation Summer Send Off at Seattle U. It was nice and very informative. And I got to meet my roommate!! It started with introductions of the professors that were there and the orientation advisers. The students had to stand up and tell a little bit about themselves. (We all wore name-tags as well.) Then we listened to a talk about balancing your academic life and we were all given several bits of good advice. After that the students and the parents were split up so that questions could be posed that maybe you didn't want to ask in front of parents/kids. We were split up with several OAs. That, at the very least, was highly amusing. After that was over we were all put back together and the night was basically over. All in all it took two and a half hours.

Tomorrow I got to spend five days with EB. Yea!!
