"I never see this coming."
Jan. 31st, 2006 01:15 amSo I'm watching the SciFi Channel (Twilight Zone, yea) and they keep showing preview for SGA. "He's more than just a team leader" ::Sheppard is goosed:: "He's a babe magnet." Or something like that. It makes me laugh. (And, damn it, now I've gone to the scary Austin Powers place and it's all "John Sheppard: Intergalactic Man of Mystery" and there and circular beds and go-go boots and I really didn't need that. Although the image of Sheppard trying to pull off the "Do I make you randy?" schtick is both hilarious and disturbing. It totally wouldn't work.) Oh, Sheppard, you delightfully clueless man. "The Tower" wasn't a great episode, but JF (and most of the cast) is so much fun to watch that overall plot quality hardly matters.
They also keep showing a commercial with Edward James Olmos selling life insurance or some such. Is he not getting enough out of playing Adama that he needs to sell me things now?
