"Don't be silly!"
Dec. 2nd, 2005 03:43 pmI'm avoiding my finals. Yea, procrastination. I just...don't want to. At least, I don't want to do this Tom Jones paper. Didn't read the whole thing, enjoyed what I did read, but I've just got no desire to write about it.
So here I am wasting time by flipping between Star Trek: The Next Generation and Spongebob Squarepants. What can I say, I'm well rounded.
Classes are completely over though, so that's cool.
Anyway. Hopefully will be off campus sometime next Thursday afternoon. Won't get home until, hmm, sometime before the 20th. Which is okay, mostly. I mean, Seattle's great. Love it. There's tons more to do here than out in the boonies. But home's still home.

nifra_idril. Lovely fic with a creative format that uses footnotes to provide further insight into John. It's seriously just beautiful and touching.

Watched this week's Veronica Mars. Love it. Why can't other shows ::cough::SGA::cough:: have the same type of follow up and emotional continuity? Granted, VM *is* a detective/mystery-type show and that sort of relies on continuity, but shouldn't that just be the way everything is?
Veronica Mars - "My Mother, the Fiend"
- On a really purely shallow level - Logan needs to keep wearing green.
-Willow Trina and Cordelia Kendall had a scene together. I kind of flailed like an idiot because I'm weird like that.
- Duncan *so* wants a baby.
- Which leads to the question...Who got Meg knocked up? Was it Duncan or is there something else going on here?
- How long has Meg been out of her coma?
- Did Duncan sleep with Kendall?
- I love Keith.
- Veronica and the plastic baby was funny. And I liked her letting Trina know what she was really doing in the hospital. I could have told her Trina was going to run with it.
- Not sure how I feel about Trina being adopted.
- Clemmons! I knew you weren't stupid enough to put Veronica in a room alone with all of the permanent records and not expect her to nose around. You sneaky man.
- Mac and Beaver! :D
- Logan and Weevil! So glad Weevil caught on to the fact that they're on the same side. Weevil's face on the flagpole was said. The bathroom fight was hilarious. (Also, I want to read all the stuff written on the restroom walls.)

You know, for all that happened in this episode, not a lot actually happened. Filler? Can't wait 'til next week.

I have goals for this weekend. Here's hoping I actually achieve them.
