I just realized that everything I'm working on at the moment has a variation of suit!kink.

There was yesterday's Inception fic.

There's the other Inception fic.

And then there is the tie!fic that follows "Suited Up" and "Dry Clean Only."

I am embracing my love of the suit and turning it into a dirty, dirty thing.

Speaking of yesterday's fic, I really do like the eroticization of the act of getting dressed. I think it's tied into that Victorian mindset where a bit of ankle or a turn of wrist was shocking and incendiary.

I feel like a complete doof asking this, but you're not going to abandon Dean and Cas for Inception, right? I always feel a teeny sense of panic when writers I like find new toys to play with. Call it Toy Story syndrome.

Oh no, I have no plans of abandoning Dean and Cas. I have several fics I'm working on for them, and even more ideas. Not counting Jensen/Misha. :)

But SPN's on hiatus at the moment and Inception is new and seriously shiny. I'm enjoying having different characters to think and write about, but I'm definitely sticking with Dean/Castiel.

Don't feel embarrassed! I know how you feel re:writers you enjoy.
