Why are seasons three and up of Without a Trace available in the UK and not in the US?

WHY?

I mean, I do have a region free DVD player but...I want to be able to watch them anywhere, on anything.

I am being deprived of Danny/Martin goodness. Unfair.

D'aww. Their faaaaaaces.

Aren't they? I kind of just want to smush them together.

Those two are sort of the reason I got into the show, but then I happily ended up liking everyone else. Well. Until they expanded their cast a little.
