How am I so flaily-hands so fast? The mind, she boggles.

So last night's episode was "Mozambique" and I enjoyed it a lot. Really a lot. And am slowly getting more of the character names down.

Some random things:

- I may have already fallen down the slippery slope of Cooper/Sherman. That almost sounds dirty, them with their slippery slopes. ;)

I want to smush them together SO HARD. Ahem.

- I loved the stuff between Cooper, Sherman, and Chickie at the bar. (Sidenote: Chickie? Brown? Lydia? Adams? Are they referred to/addressed more by their first or last names? Titles?) And Cooper and Sherman by the bar with their happy little faces! ::flappy hands:: Some hints of Sherman's past...

- There was a moment while Dewey was giving his speech where the camera swung around to his right side, making his head sort of a line down the screen. I liked that on the right side, toward where he was facing, was the main group of people. But to the left side, was Cooper, Sherman, and Chickie standing by the bar, separate from the rest. I thought that was neat. And interesting. Telling?

- This will probably sound crazy, but one of the things I like about Ben Sherman is the way he holds himself. Or expresses himself. There's something about his face - and this may be just the way Ben McKenzie looks because it's not the first time I've thought this - that suggests a certain...economy of movement. That face is not going to give anything away unless it has to. Or unless it's forced to. And yet if you're paying attention, there's a lot going on there.

I don't know. It's something I've been thinking about. It's a face that I enjoy looking at not so much because it's attractive, which it is, but because I want to know what it's going to do next.

Told you it would probably sound crazy. :)

- Regina King is amazing. That is all.

- Also amazing? Janila. I'm terrified for her.

- OMG. I knew Janila and Kimmy (Salinger's daughter) were both on iCarly, but I only just figured out they were on the same episode! Janila danced on a table with shirtless Gibby at the Cheesecake Warehouse, which I put together. But Kimmy was the girl Gibby wanted to date only she wanted to date Freddie (Fredward!) instead. Aww. Early teen angst.

I think I am going to need an icon.
