I think I am probably crazy for trying to write a Dean/Cas version of The Shop Around the Corner.

DEAN: I was such an asshat.
CAS: Yes, you were.
DEAN: And you knew.
CAS: Yes.
DEAN: And you didn't say anything!
CAS: You didn't seem...particularly receptive to the idea.
DEAN: In my defense, you can be kind of off-putting in person.
CAS: You called me a freak.
DEAN: You called me bowlegged.
CAS: You are.
DEAN: And you're a freak.
CAS: [blinks and looks away]
DEAN: Would you believe I mean it with affection?
CAS: [looks back] Yes. Strangely enough.
DEAN: Hey. At least now we can save on postage. [leers]
CAS: [heated look] I'm sure we can put that money to other, better uses.
DEAN: [realizes Cas' stare is going to be doing a whole lot of different things to him now] Well okay then.

And then happy holiday we-finally-understand-one-another sex ensues and they live happily ever after.

No really. I have two different word documents started. What am I doing?? ::facepalm::

Somebody should probably stop me before it's too late.

I basically want to do versions of this fic in all of the fandoms I write in. But especially with Dean/Cas.
