Jan. 8th, 2004 12:00 amI want a massage. :(
Tuesday classes were cancelled due to snow. I couldn't believe it. Cherry/James Street was closed to through traffic and people went sledding/snowboarding down it. Some people built snowmen I think. Tris and Callie had a snow day too (I think all school districts in the area were closed) and they built a snow fort 105 feet long down their driveway. I wish I'd been there because I did nothing here at school. I could have gone out, but being the boring person that I am I sat around and did my homework. And read. For pleasure. During a quarter of college! *gasp!*
So I spent my snow day doing homework, reading, and watching TV. I saw the episode of The Simpsons where they go to Britain. Laughed so hard. Loved all of the British jokes. And the Harry Potter fandom nod. Then I saw my first episode of 24 and was actually quite entertained though I had no idea what was going on beside the plot that I picked up. I even saw most of The Real World on MTV (I think my IQ dropped a couple of points). That's the first time I've EVER watched anything on MTV. Basically I plopped myself down in the lobby all evening because it was warm down there in the TV room and not so warm in my room.
Why haven't I seen Cold Mountain yet?
