Some title mash-ups just don't quite work.
Just finished Lars and the Real Girl. Excellent, lovely movie. There was something very sweet about the film. Sweet and quiet. Everyone in it was fantastic.
Also, another interview with David Sedaris about writing and his latest book When You are Engulfed in Flames.

I really love how you caught the whole unfolding/treatment of the film. I really felt like it was unwinding a bolt of fabric.
There is also the scene where Lars revives Margot's bear, it's as if he's blowing life back into his life. I geeked over that for a good 10 mins. I had to stop the movie and rewind it a bit. =]
Blah. Like I've said before, I wish we could take media classes together, because none of my classmates ever seem to want to talk about themes, theories, or any of that other stuff that goes into a well written script... nor how to convey words into visual representations!!
