PBS is showing, instead, Red Green: The Movie.

I want my British Coupling dang it!!

Coupling

Coupling is basically the British version of Friends. (Six friends, three guys, three girls. Some of them crazy. Some of them romantically involved.) I've never been much of a Friends fan, but one day I happened across the first season of Coupling on PBS and since then I've watched every week. I like British humor much more than American I guess. One PBS channel shows it on Saturdays, and on Sundays another PBS channel shows an episode farther along. So far this summer it's been one of the only shows I've been watching regularly. To have it taken away without warning was a surprise.

This fall, to replace Friends, NBC is coming out with an American Coupling based off the British show. I have little hope for it.
