Fox was really intense tonight. Next week looks like it's going to be even more so.
Bones has me doing both the flail and the anti-flail. Y'know, the thing where you get really still and you can't breath because you're in shock? Yeah, that.
The whole episode was great, though I missed Zack's singing (DAMN POPCORN), but OH MY GOD. They SHOT BOOTH!! NOT. COOL.
And the way they did it...geez. To go from shiny, happy, goofy Booth absolutely adoring Brennan up onstage to being shot. Yikes. I did not see it coming at all. I figured, oh, we'll get some strangeness with the crazy stalker and she'll threaten Brennan and kidnap Booth and it'll just be semi-whacky hijinks. BOY WAS I WRONG.
And then Brennan shot her, no hesitation. No missing.
And Booth only got shot because there was NO WAY he was letting crazy Pam shoot Brennan.
Brennan is amazing. Booth is amazing.
I love everyone on this show. And they aren't allowed to kill them.
That was, of course, followed by House. Talk about a really excellent episode. I loved the way they filmed the whole thing, especially the memories/hallucinations. Also the use of symbols within those memories/hallucinations. Particularly, the mystery woman's necklace. Nicely done.
Plus, the first time Chase got into the medical hypnosis was hilarious. And more telling than it was originally, since we now know that Amber was on the bus with House.
And what was she doing with House? Anything? Nothing? Hmm. Don't know. I lean toward nothing, but anything could be possible.
Also, Thirteen got a last name. Hadley? Something like that.
Thank goodness Medium let up on some of the general TV drama and ended the season on a high note.
There is a trailer out for the new X-Files movie. I am excited.

Date: 2008-05-14 02:01 am (UTC)I think Amber knew she was sick and went to House to see if he could help and didn't want to make a big deal. I'M SO EXCITED FOR THE NEXT EPISODE!

Ooh, that's totally possible. I was kind of leaning toward coincidence putting them both on that bus. I think next week's episode is going to KILL ME. But I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT!
