People are STUPID.
The holiday shopping today actually went really well. The mall didn't even make me want to curl up in a ball and cry! Plus, I finally figured out what to send people. WIN!
BUT. Then we tried to leave the mall and it was basically a big disaster waiting to happen. We sat at the front of the left turn lane for ten minutes because people in the Tri-Cities do not seem to understand that when the lane on the other side of the intersection is full they should NOT drive forward because they will BLOCK TRAFFIC. I've noticed that people in Seattle generally seem to understand the concept of waiting even if that means sitting through a green light.
PEOPLE. LEARN SOME PATIENCE, COURTESY, AND HOW TO DRIVE. GEEZ.
We finally broke one or two laws and turned right instead. During a red light. Go us.
And now I'm home and I don't have to do that again. YEA.
