So in my last post it was really either be Complainy McWhiner about television or vent about other more personal, less internet friendly things. I went with the lesser of two weevils evils.

And that's all beside the point now anyway since I've just finished watching Heroes thanks to NBC.com, or my computer, getting its act together. I have cocoa and entertainment and everything is all good here except for my cold toes and slight headache. But no more classes today and no work until seven so yea.

My life is full of excitement and interesting things.

Though I have no idea what the deeper issue is, I figured it was my duty to fluff you up. This came to me the night they turned on our heat in the dorms and I wrote it down on sticky notes by the moonlight. Much less put together, but the ideas were there. And so, I give you my first ever drabble. Obviously, it's Winter Romance.

You spent the whole day doing laundry if only for this moment. You fluffed and folded and stacked. You swept and scrubbed until the whole cabin smelled of lavender and jasmine. The door opens slightly and you hear him softly shut it, hoping not to wake you. He sets another log on the fire and gently opens the window, just enough to let in the fresh winter air. You shiver once as he slips between the sheets, and are warmed instantly as he slides next to you. Instinctively, you snuggle back and sigh as you are gently lulled into divine sleep.

I adore you, miss Mary Watkins. Happy Halloween.

The deeper issue was pretty selfish and petty so we'll just pretend it was never an issue and that I am never selfish and petty. :)

This is a lovely, lovely drabble. It made me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. It's quiet and warm and soft. Sigh.
