I lived my life in shadow
Oct. 27th, 2002 03:15 pmHmmm. Finished reading Neverwhere in Gov't on Friday. Oh. My. Gosh. I haven't read a book that had me so involved in a very long time. It was disturbing and hilarious and wonderful. And the end. The end was perfect. I was holding my breath until the very last word. Am now reading Stardust and am loving Neil Gaiman. Why didn't I discover him earlier?
I feel really good about my play. I've been working on the plot and characters a bit, and it's taking on a much more substantial shape in my head now. Yea.
Have gathered up all of the college information for the schools I'm interested in, including applications. Tomorrow I'll take them to school and talk to Mrs. Neiffer. Should work more on my scholarship application but . . . I'm . . . lazy. Instead I'm sitting here covered by kitties trying to read and find good Buffy pics.
