Neesha's coming over Thursday for the purpose of having Veronica Mars forced on her. Meaning I need to figure out how exactly to cram the entire season into one day. There are several ways I could do this by following Veronica and her relationships with the other characters.

Veronica and...
...Duncan
...Jake Kane
...Keith
...Lianne
...Lilly
...Logan
...Mac
...Wallace
...Weevil
...various other characters not deemed important enough by me to be put into alphabetical order.

I know, personally, which way I lean character-wise, but I don't know if it's necessarily the best way to go. Even though I *know* Neesha will appreciate the way, whichever way I choose. And, yes, I know the focus should be Veronica and Lilly considering the season's plot was "Who killed Lilly Kane?" But there are so many threads to follow to the answer. (I'll be interested to see if Neesh can solve it before Veronica does.)

She needs to see:

- "Pilot" - D'uh.
- "The Wrath of Con" - This is iffy. But I think the "ownage!" bit is funny and I like the homecoming stuff. Especially the video.
- "Return of the Kane" - Given. It's a *really* good episode. There's Aaron and lots of stuff about Abel. Plus, Logan. Oh, Logan.
- "Like a Virgin" - Because Keith is my hero. Also, more Abel.
- "An Echolls Family Christmas" - Also a given. "Annoy tiny blond one, annoy like the wind."
- "Mars vs. Mars"
- "Ruskie Business" - Another given.
- "Kanes and Abel's"
- "Weapons of Class Destruction" - There's no way we aren't watching this one.
- "Hot Dogs" - Only the Echolls' bits.
- "M.A.D."
- "A Trip to the Dentist"
- "Leave It to Beaver"

I guess the absolute *have to's* are - "Pilot," "Return of the Kane," "An Echolls Family Christmas," "Ruskie Business," "Weapons of Class Destruction," "M.A.D.," "A Trip to the Dentist," and "Leave It to Beaver." That's...eight episodes. (It's really hard for me to get away from wanting to watch every scene with Logan. Really hard.)

We would just watch them all in order, if we had more time, but there are things I want her to see so I have someone else to squee and giggle about them with. And, well, I wasn't going to let her borrow the DVDs because I'm not sure I'm willing to not have them at my disposal at this time, but the more I think about it, the more I think I'd be willing to. Natasha and I are, after all, supposed to (re-)watch all of Farscape when I get back to school. And I've got my list of favorite SG-1 eps to force on her (44 at the moment. And I thought I could cut it down to five. Ha!). So I bet I could give up VM for awhile.

Yea Mars-athon!

Meanwhile, life continues on here on the farm. Boring as ever. Although, apparently last week the Vermeer's, who live a mile or two down the road, were woken up in the middle of the night by a man standing at the end of their driveway with a shotgun and a spotlight. ::blink:: And I thought there were scary people in downtown Seattle. Dad thinks this guy must have been coyote hunting, or something similar. Although, we're enough in the middle of nowhere, I sometimes think, that I could write my own version of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and make it work.

Speaking of horror movies, the trailer for Slither *kills* me. In a do-I-find-this-hilarious-or-horrifying? kind of way. Heh. Oh, Nathan Fillion, I heart you. ("Get the kid taking a dirt-nap with baby Jesus. We need a hood ornament.") It's nice to see that Slither is listed under comedy and horror, because at first I was like, "They're not serious, right? Right?"

I'm a little weirded out that Russell from Six Feet Under is Angel in X-Men 3.

Also caught part of an ep of SeaQuest DSV today. Ted Raimi!! William Shatner was guest starring and was seriously over-the-top and hilarious and how can you not get a kick out of Shatner?

Did you see my post earlier about Flash Forward and Russell from SFU being in it? Ben Foster *squee*

And I now have someone on my friends list who is an extra on Veronica Mars.

I *did* see your post, that was actually what prompted the comment in mine. I had seen him in a behind-the-scenes thing so I knew about it, but I guess I just hadn't connected who he was playing. I never saw Flash Forward, but I used to watch SFU regularly and he was cool for awhile, but then he got kind of greasy and creepy and, well, it'll be *weird* to see him in X3. But totally cool. I can get behind the squeeing. :)

Neat. :)

The previews for Hostel make me nervous. I don't do well with scary movies.
