My MP3 player came yesterday. It is purple and white and pretty. Yea. The SV magazine also came yesterday. It is also purple and white and pretty. Apparently there was a theme. Unfortunately, this month's issue was devoted to Lana and I'm not really interested. But she is pretty and so are her boyfriends so whatever. After a whole month devoted to Lex and MR, though, they completely left him out. Sad panda.

Geez I'm obsessive.

So, yeah, MP3 player. For someone like me, these things are a really good idea. Anyone who's gone on a road trip with me knows that I have to bring, like, my entire CD collection with me and am constantly changing discs. I think this will be a good investment.

In other news, this morning I either a) slept through my alarm (don't think so, as it wasn't on when I was woken up), b) decided sometime during the night to switch it off, c) turned the alarm off instead of hitting snooze, or d) turned the alarm off after hitting snooze 'cause I was *totally* going to get up and then fell back asleep. I'm thinking I probably went with (d). Didn't mean to not go to Spanish, it just sort of happened. I'm blaming my recovery.

This weekend I have three papers to work on. Only one is actually due Tuesday. Woo. This morning I also had inspiration for the beginning of something I've been toying with writing since Christmas break. Woo! Maybe I'll accomplish something this three day weekend.

The penguins, Kasey! The penguins! Left to endure the suckiness all alone! Perhaps they will stage a major revolt and move to the zoo. Because there they know where their next meal is coming from and are assured that no polar animals will attack them. Nor will they have to witness the sight of half-naked Orlando...
