The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie is going to *kick ass*. OMG.

Have seen the actual theatrical trailer, not just the teaser, and GAH. Cannot wait.

I'm guessing it will suck ass, actually.
But then, I'm a pessimist, which is the best way to be.
If the movie DOES suck, I won't be devastated, because I was expecting it.
If the movie turns out to be the best movie ever, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I continue to remain optimistic, but than I seem to have the rather unique perspective of "It's just an adaptation, it's not the book." I'm happy to be entertained for a couple of hours. If the movie does not live up to its potential, I will shrug and move on.
