annundrielDVD player came. Dad called the service people because it only says "1" on it and they assured us that the chip has been replaced/modified/whatever to be code/zone/region free. Hooked it and my new TV up and tried out Big Fish. It's snazzy, let me tell you. Pretty picture. Pretty sound. Despite the size! Yea! Have already made first DVD order at Amazon UK. mwuahahahaha.
I cannot describe how much I *love* this song. ::points:: It's on the soundtrack to Garden State, but I had to go and find the version of it they use in the trailer. Heart both versions. Highly recommend this version (by The Postal Service) and the one on the CD (by Iron and Wine).
Leave for Seattle on Saturday morning. Saturday night Mom and I are thinking of seeing Vanity Fair. And then either Sunday or Monday night we're thinking of dragging Kay to see Garden State. It had better still be playing at Bella Botaga, or elsewhere, because if it's not...I'm going to make empty threats. ::shakes fist::
