Oh, those are definitely issues--especially where it comes to consent and another vessel (be it female or male) would still belong to whomever Castiel was sharing it with. (I also am running on the belief that Jimmy is gone.) However, it is hypothetical. Dean can think about it, and Castiel can suggest that things could have been different, but that's all it'll be. A "what if." What could have been but won't ever be because Dean loves what he's got.
