annundrielYeah, so things got better after I posted that really whining entry. Dahlia was on-line and we ended up meeting up and seeing The Stepford Wives and then Around the World in 80 Days. It was fun, but I really hope she didn't mind seeing 80 Days instead of HP. For some reason I'm just not really "in" to seeing it again. I don't know why, considering I personally believe it to be the best movie of the three so far. Anyway, I didn't get home until around 1 AM and then didn't go to bed until 2. Isn't summer fantastic?
Mom and I went to Moses Lake today. It was nice. We went to the movies and good will and Wal-Mart. Oh, and then Hastings where we bought Entertainment Weekly just so I could have the blurb on Farscape. (I'm a biiiig geek.) We also bought a coolant thingy, like the one in the living room, for my room. My room is the worst during the summer. Not only is it on the west side of the house where it gets all of the afternoon and evening sunlight, but there's also a cement patio right outside of the window. In other words, it gets very warm in there.
Mom also left her wallet at home. Oops. She didn't realize this until we got out of the car at the theater. Luckily, she had money from Dad in her pocket and she made me monetarily responsible by giving me a credit card and a check book. Everything turned out alright in the end. Thankfully.
Amazingly enough, right now my fingers are really really cold.
