I'm in the Seattle area and loving the fact that it's the end of June and I'm cold.

Snagged this off my flist. I could use some prompts to help keep the creative juices flowing. (Uh. Even though I think I have a few non-meme ones I haven't filled...)

The first ten people to comment in this post get to request that I write a drabble of any pairing/character of their choosing. In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level. Some other equivalent gift, like icons or mini-fanmixes or quickie meta, would make sense for people who don't write fic themselves. (Or if the writing doesn't come...)

I don't care about the "in return" part. Obvious fandoms are obvious: NCIS and Supernatural (including Jensen/Misha). I wouldn't mind Southland, either. Or Due South, though I haven't done that for a while. I'm pretty open to whatever. :D

Your prompt inspired lots of variations of first kisses (or other firsts ;) ), but they all wanted to be much larger and have more story. So those'll happen later. In the meantime, I hope you like this!


Between scenes, in the shadowed space between sets, Misha corners Jensen, crowding him against exposed wood and kissing him, fingers on Jensen’s jaw to navigate the way.

Jensen’s surprised at first, but then Misha’s tongue slides hot and curious across Jensen’s bottom lip and Jensen’s closing his eyes and opening his mouth and they’re slotting together so perfectly this could be the fiftieth kiss instead of the first.

Misha’s hand at his waist isn’t tentative; Misha’s fingers against his skin are hot. Their mouths move together, sweet and slick, noses brushing, bumping, all of this new and strange and good.

Nnnrgggh. Oh my I should not have read that while waiting for the tram. Unf. first time fic is my bullet proof kink. That was so freaking hot. It was the 'curious' that did me in. Oh I want them to have this over and over. And I shall imagine that it was completely unexpected for both of them, it just happened because jensen looked a certain way and misha thought 'maybe' and they go with it.

Oh, I am so happy you liked it! I had trouble with the prompt, but only because it gave me so many different ideas. Where a first kiss would take place, how, who would initiate it, maybe it should be a "first morning after" fic, first date leading to first kiss, etc. I think it's something I'm definitely going to have to revisit.

Mmmmm, yes. Things just...aligned for them that day. I can see it:

Later, Jensen will ask Misha why. Why then, why now, why? And Misha will shrug and tell Jensen he doesn't know or it just felt right. Tell him not to question the order of the universe. Jensen might roll his eyes, but he'll go with it. Because whatever it was got him here, sweaty and tired against tangled sheets, Misha pressed naked and distracting against his side, his clever tongue and graceful fingers wreaking havoc on Jensen’s ability to form coherent thoughts and sentences.

It won’t matter, really. Not in bed where they’ll be nothing more or less than themselves.

I really, really want to do a first morning after, whether that's first morning after sex or first morning after spending the whole night. First morning after just sleeping because they're too exhausted to do anything else...

Yeah. There are so many things I want to do with them. Or make them do with each other. ;)

It's been a long time since I watched any Due South and longer since I saw that episode. I think rewatching some might be in order. I hope you like it!


Fraser strips Ray out of his borrowed, too-big uniform. Batting Ray’s distracting hands out of the way as he goes, Fraser thinks they’re mistaken when they say the clothes make the man.

Ray favors clothes with personality. Clothes that are loved, full of the meaning Ray gives them.

What you see isn’t the only thing you get.

Ray knows this, too. Ray looks at Fraser and sees.

Ray’s hands finally slip through Fraser’s defenses—they’re persistent—and then they’re both shedding clothes, losing layers until there’s nothing left but the two of them to decide who and what they are.

<333 It's wonderful - there's something about the prim, neat quality of the uniform that makes you long to strip it off, so a fic with Fraser undressing Ray is just lovely. Thank you!!
