annundrielOMG the dead kid in "Death Takes a Holiday" was Shane Botwin from Weeds! I knew he looked familiar!
And also on Freaks & Geeks. Awesome.
I don't know if the CW decided not to air "Sex and Violence" or if it was on some other day besides Thursday. We missed that one.
But I really enjoyed "On the Head of a Pin" a lot. Not only did I spend a lot of the episode dying over the characters, I spent a lot of it flailing over camera angles and color palettes. Even with it as dark as it is, I love the way the show looks, the textures and shadows and layers. The contrasts.
And, omg, Mom and I could not stop laughing at Castiel's, "Uriel's the funniest angel in the garrison. Ask anyone." It was the delivery that did it. I think Mom actually had the laugh surprised out of her.
