annundrielNine hours in the car. And I wasn't bored or antsy! Nice.
Of course, Dad and I travel fairly well together. Neither of us are big talkers all of the time, so we're fine turning up the music and just going. Listening to the Beach Boys today, Dad told me that he never gets to do listen to his music like that with Grandma because she wants to talk all of the time.
It's only been one day so far, though, so we'll see how the rest of it goes. The time in the car, though, shouldn't be a problem.
Anyway, we got a lot farther today than Dad thought we would, so that's a good thing. It means we'll have more time in Salt Lake City tomorrow. As long as we get out of here by six. Blah.
Unfortunately because of the weather here in Idaho, I missed the eclipse. Sad. :(
However, I have managed to get my hands on the newest Torchwood. Now I'll have one more thing to occupy my time tomorrow night. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for Project Runway to come on. I love their reunion episodes.
