annundrielNip/Tuck crossed a line with me tonight and I'm still feeling unsettled by it. I could barely even watch the last few minutes.
Seriously, I think I'm a little scarred for life here. I knew Colleen was crazy, but I didn't think she was a murderer. And the way she murdered the agent? Holy shit.
Colleen is Sean's agent. Sean was being wooed by another agency and she was not happy. Especially after she'd made him a very special Dr. Sean bear. With silk scrubs and a voice box that said, "Tell me what you don't like about yourself" and everything. She met the agent, lured him to her home office with lies, and then knocked him out, tied him up, and stuffed him with bear stuffing by holding his nose closed and forcing the hose into his mouth. She then pushed those shiny, half-marble eyes into his eye sockets.
It was really disturbing for me and I kept waiting for it to go to commercial, but it just kept going and they just kept showing the whole act. I couldn't even look at the character the rest of the show. I had to avert my eyes.
I get that they have to push the envelope and be edgy and whatever, but that was...that was fucked up.
And yet I'll tune in next week.
