Brand spankin' new LJ layout for me! Thanks to my brand spankin' new paid account! Woo! Neesha should (hopefully) understand the inspiration for the particular default icon and the comments. I love Nero Wolfe.
Anyway. I finished reading a couple of books the other day. I think that so far, Mort is my favorite Discworld book. I am now, finally, reading Lieutenant Hornblower. I read the first book about a year, or two, ago and thought it was high time I read the next. It is very good. It also has slashy undertones, which I suppose is what happens when you're stuck at sea with nothing but men and a goat. ;)
Meanwhile, the first official picture from HP&PoA of Remus (David Thewlis) and Sirius (Gary Oldman) is out. Um. I'm just gonna hope that it's a bad picture for poor Prof. Lupin/Thewlis because right now? Not great. Oldman looks pretty decent as Siruis though. Emma looks really skinny and Rupert's hair looks a lot redder. Dan...looks like his hair could possibly be messy for once! *crosses fingers*
I have the greatest hopes for this movie. But Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite book in the series, besides OotP, so I'm hoping to all things great and good that they don't mess it up royally. The previous movies haven't disappointed me so I shall remain an optimist.
