Daisy

Last night we took Grandma's dog Daisy to the vet because she'd been acting weird the last couple of days and was having trouble going to the bathroom.

This morning we found out that she had two tumors that were inoperable given their size and growth rate.

I got off work early and drove with Mom, Dad, and Grandma to Quincy to have one last good pet and say goodbye.

Dad's found a nice spot on the farm to bury her.

We had her for seven years. She was about eight. She was Grandma's constant companion since Grandpa's death five years ago last Sunday.

Oh honey, I'm so sorry. She always ran over to greet me when I visit. She was a friendly pup and she'll be missed. ::squeeze::
