Maybe this is wrong, but I really want an icon of Walter being eaten by zombies. Because it's Walter being eaten by zombies and the look on his face when they start in on him while he's still trying to work will never stop making me laugh.

Sigh. So SG-1 has been canceled. I have mixed feelings on it, mostly due to the fact that I only got into the show when SGA was starting and because the stuff that I really enjoyed happened a few seasons ago. It's too bad they couldn't have waited to make the announcement until everyone was finished gushing over the 200th episode.

Meanwhile, Willie Garson tries to teach Claudia Black and Ben Browder poker over at SciFi Pulse. And Gary Jones gives a set tour, except it says he's "Sgt. Davis" and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be "Harriman" now. This name-thing reminds me of the mistake on TV info thing for SGA. It still gives Rainbow Sun Franks third billing despite the fact that this is the second season without him.

I'm sorry a good show is getting canceled. I just have a question. Is that a puppet Daniel and Walter in your icon? And if it is when did that happen?

Apparently it's not necessarily over. It as canceled once before (that's when SciFi picked it up) and since the fourth season or something they've been working on a year by year contract. One of the producers says that it'll be back in some form if the show really is canceled. There's been talk of a movie for a few months now.

That is puppet!Daniel and puppet!Walter! It happened in last Friday's ep, their 200th. They basically did the first ep with puppets: Hammond, Walter, Daniel, Sam, Jack, Teal'c. It was AWESOME. Other than the puppet part, there were zombies, mentions of Firefly, The Wizard of Oz, Farscape (Teal'c was D'argo!), Star Trek. There was even a nod to slashers.

That sounds hilarious! So, just one more thing you're going to bring, right? Because, come on, you aren't cruel enough to deprive me of puppet anything. And the zombies and mentions of the best shows around. You're just not that mean.

Oh, it's definitely being brought. It's on one of my Stargate Friday tapes, and I'm not leaving those behind. We'll have to watch the behind-the-scenes special for it also, because during it they're talking to the various cast members and at one point Richard Dean Anderson (O'Neill) says, "O'Neill might get pregnant. That'd be cool" and I died. Mpreg! RDA mentioned mpreg! AH.

It's just awesome and I love everyone involved and the show itself is brilliant and not afraid to make fun of itself and its cast and pay homage to all of the things they love.
