What To Do, What To Do...

Finally got my financial aid award letter. I did get work study, but it's off campus. Now the question is do I try to change it to on campus, find a job elsewhere, or take a year off of working and focus on my studies?

Sophomore year they gave me off campus and I got it switched to on when it was confirmed that I already had a job on campus. Maybe I can work that again.

Barring that, it looks like there are openings for library assistant at the Law School that don't require on campus work study. Maybe I should apply there?

Or just not work at all. Which would be oh so nice for a school year.

It is super easy to get on-campus workstudy especially at the library.

I've had to do this process every year since I started working at the library, and my supervisor just signs the paperwork saying that I've worked here and they want me to stay.

So far I haven't had any problems with getting on-campus workstudy.

Plus, there's a rumor that Eryn Pearson might be gone, so that removes half the annoyingness of working with financial aid in one fell swoop.

I had no problems sophomore switching it over, so I think that's what I'm going to try to do. Next time I'm in Seattle I'll just have to swing by campus and try to work it out.

You might get bored if you don't work but I think that you'd be most comfortable staying on at the library. And you seem to like working there and know the people.

I would really like to go back. So I think next time I'm in town, I'm going to pick up a work study form thing at the financial aid office and drop it off at the library asking Holly to sign it. Hopefully they'll want me back.
