There Went That Idea

I got an e-mail from olivelavonne today asking about whether or not I was still writing and working various parts of fics I'd sent her to read. Truth is, since I was house-sitting in Seattle I haven't really written anything. Because I'm stuck/uninspired/lazy.

I sent her three different unfinished fics and all of them are bits I want to finish, I just haven't felt inclined to work on them. But getting her e-mail today I decided, y'know what, I'm going to work on them. So I sat down with my notebook and tried to get past a block on the one I wanted to finish most. It wasn't working. And when I finally thought I'd found a way past this particular part, do you know what happened?

The Person That Was Blinded By God called. If I were at all like this person, I would say that the timing means God does not want me writing anything remotely slashy. Or anything at all.

Luckily, I kind of remember what I was going to try to do. But I hate when inspiration comes only to be lost when something interrupts me.
