I have my laptop back! Yea! Now I'm busy putting crap back on it. :)

SG-1 - "Ex Deus Machina"

I've got nothing to say, really. ::shrug:: Had fun watching it though.

- I like Sam's hair.

- The moment where Mitchell gave Sam, Daniel, and Teal'c new patches was nice. I grinned like a loon. Especially at Teal'c's pause and then the really smiley, indulgent looks they sort of sent after Mitchell as he walked past them. Aw. ::pats them::

- Teal'c! Had lines! Chris Judge's voice is like...whoa. Very nice. Teal'c should always have lines.

- I wanted to slide in the booth next to Daniel at the coffee house. Sigh.

- Ba'al. Is hot. Especially in the suits. And without the flanging on his voice. I'm weird.

- Agent Barrett! I can't decide if I'd like him to stick around some, 'cause I like him, or if I'd like him to run far away, 'cause I like him. If he sticks around, he could get hurt. Sam might kiss him, or he might kiss Sam, and then he might die.

- Ba'al tried to blow up Seattle! Downtown Seattle go boom! (Not quite.) Ha. Convenient that it was a brand new (ie. doesn't exist in real life) building that they could blow up/disappear.

- I *knew* Mitchell was going to suggest beaming the whole building into space.

- I don't like Gerak much. Before the very end and finding out that he killed Ba'al, I thought well, maybe Gerak and Ba'al are in this all together and it's some plot for Gerak to gather his own power by making the other Jaffa think that he's actually got power. Or something. But then I saw the end. :)

- CLONES! HA!

SGA - "Instinct"

Enjoyed it. And, hey, Jewel Staite.

- Now, maybe he doesn't always do it, but I love how half the time McKay does a little wave at people when Sheppard introduces him. It's *cute*. Hey! Ronon waved, too. Aw.

- Hee. McKay just can't handle kids. But for some reason, they are attracted to him.

- Ha! Sheppard whacked McKay upside the head! I kinda had to do a double-take. For some reason I had a moment of, "Wait. Did he just...hit McKay?" On the one hand, ha, funny. And totally understandable because sometimes McKay really needs to be whacked upside the head. On the other hand, hey, he hit McKay. But that's all right I guess because, wonder of wonders, McKay didn't mind. At least, he didn't say anything about it.

- This episode was very B-horror movie. Very werewolf horror film. I liked it. Especially all the outdoor forest stuff.

- John. Straddling the table. In the infirmary. Guh.

- Cute look Elizabeth gave him. Aw.

- Teyla called McKay "Rodney." :)

- Ha. McKay not wanting to stay and help Beckett, but *really* not wanting to hunt Wraith with the rest of his team. He does get separated from the team a lot in this ep though, doesn't he? Sheppard trying to put space between them? Hmmm.

- When McKay ran into the cave to get Beckett, I couldn't understand what Beckett said as they ran out, but then I got it. "Why didn't you just radio me?" Yes, McKay, why didn't you just radio him? I heard him answer, but I don't think it was intelligible. And how far outside did McKay wander in order to see the angry villagers?

- McKay and Beckett: They Fight Wraith!

- Don't eat Rodney!

- That's so sad. Feeding on her father because he insisted that she do it. Lying about the serum. I hope Beckett knows/finds out that the serum doesn't work before too long.

- Y'know, Beckett kind of *really* screwed up here. But we won't see *him* get yelled at, will we? I don't mind him being wrong about the retrovirus; it *is* experimental after all. The thing that got me was that he wasn't more careful with it. Actual samples or whatever of it should have been really locked up or left in Atlantis.

- Atlantis really doesn't mind going kind of dark and ending on a dark note. The killing of the female wraith was pretty brutal for a character that we'd spent an episode with. Emphasized by the fact that they didn't actually show it, thank god.

- And now I think I see where they're going with "Conversion" and what happens to Sheppard.

- Did he tell Weir she had a bad bedside-manner in the preview?

So, yeah. I enjoyed it. Too bad everything went to crap. Would have been interesting to have things actually work out for a change.

Tomorrow is Amanda's wedding and reception. Exciting! Neesha's going to come over after work and we're going to go together. Hopefully she can drive because, um, I might not have a car.

I've been tagging all of my old journal entries. Boy am I a dork. :)

I adore this icon. It makes me happy. The song's pretty good, too. :)
