Yowza! This was hot hot hot and hit some of my favorite things- shower sex and rimming!

On top of that, I think the things that really got to me were Dean reveling in the physical after effects (the soreness and marks!) and then his anticipation of a future with Cas. Dean imagining the showers and breakfasts and everything they will do together in the future was sweet and awesome.
