I hope that in the future September 11 does not become one of those memorial days where we all go off to the river for a day of fun because there is no school. As a country we forget why we "celebrate" events. We celebrate events that are supposed to be remembrances.

I hope that today does not become one of those days. I hope that we, as a country, never use this day as a day off from school.
