I was *thrilled* with the Tonks/Lupin thing! Were Tonks and Sirius related? I can't remember for sure. I want to agree with you, though, and say that they were. But maybe it was second cousins or something...? ::shrug:: Maybe Harry's just dense.

I've heard theories that R. A. B. is Regalus Black, Sirius' brother (I think). I bet that whoever they are, they'll be important. You don't drop little hints and clues and NOTES like that and then not address it.
